Monkey Place Country House is a unique 4 bedroom sandstone house, nestled amongst native and rose gardens on a private 6 acre property which provides accommodation for 8 – 14 guests.  The house has some beautiful features including a large fully equipped kitchen, great for cooking up a storm, impressive sandstone fireplace, sparkling swimming pool and gas heated outdoor spa.  The large covered verandahs offer spaces to relax and unwind with a glass of the local produce or to simply enjoy a BBQ with family and friends.

Great place; pool and spa are fab. Perfect for our Hunter getaway

Beautiful, well equipped and perfect for little people!

The place was good, it looked better than the pictures! However, the neighbours weren’t the best. My family and I went for the New Years holiday, and we got told to lower the music volume at around 12 mid-day ?!! No big parties were happening, but apparently the noise echos and makes it louder. Overall it was good, for what we paid and we had fun, was just a shame about the music part! If it had different neighbours I’d be there every time I go to the hunter 😍
