“Harvest time is what every winemaker and vigneron lives for. It is when we pick the grapes, make wine and all the action happens. We often work around the clock which is exhausting but nature never sleeps. It is when I have the least amount of time for anything else so why not throw a lunch into the mix too!
Come and join myself and the team for a behind the scenes look into the process. We start in the vineyard and then move into the winery to look at the wines fermenting away in tank and learn a bit about how the magic happens. I will share with you what makes our wines unique and what makes each year (Vintage) special. It’s all hungry work so the Restaurant Team will create a great seasonally inspired three-course lunch for us, matched with a handpicked selection of wines.
Next year will mark my 23rd Vintage here at the winery and I look forward to sharing that with you.”
