Weekends of 6 & 7 May and 13 & 14 May 2017

Great wine begins in the vineyard” – Many a Winemaker

The Festival

Let’s start at the very beginning and look at what it takes to make great wine and grow an abundance of produce.

Over the first two weekends in May our Growers will join you in our Cellar Doors, Vineyards and Olive Groves to share their knowledge, stories and to taste through wines and sample produce with you.

You’ll learn the cycle of the vineyard and the olive grove, the importance of soil and climate, and what it is that makes Broke Fordwich unique. To help explain you’ll take a wander in the vineyard (and grove) and taste examples of “great wine”.
